1.  D. Venkatesh(27) of Bangalore Mars: Venkatesh came on as a substitute in the 73rd minute and collapsed toward the end of the game; reports suggest cardiac arrest as the cause of death-15 March 2012
2.  Piermario Morosini (25) of Livorno : Morosini collapsed during a Serie B game against Pescara. The cause of death was cardiac arrest.
