Marc Webb has revealed a new image from "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" on Wednesday, March 20. Posted on Twitter with a caption "Day 32. Mr. Feore," the photo features actor Colm Feore from behind.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2So far, it is unknown what role to be played by the 54-year-old actor. Early speculation said that he was going to play Norman Osborne, but Chris Cooper was eventually cast in the role. However, the new image hints that Clom's character is connected to Ravencroft Institute as he dresses in a suit and stands in front of a giant logo of the security prison for the criminally insane.

Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will reprise their roles of Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy respectively in the sequel to "The Amazing Spider-Man", with Shailene Woodley cast as Mary Jane Watson, Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborne, Sally Field as Peter's Aunt May, Paul Giamatti as Rhino, and Jamie Foxx as Electro.

The film follows Peter who is busy between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen. Peter can't keep the promise he made to Gwen's father to protect her by staying away. Things will change for Peter after the emerge of a new villain, Electro, and the return of Peter's old friend, Harry. Peter also uncovers new clues about his past.

"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" will be in U.S. theaters on May 2, 2014.

Dishing on the origin of the antagonist persona of Max Dillon, the 'Django Unchained' actor also reveals that his costume will be different from the classic green-and-yellow getup.

Jamie FoxxAfter a series of speculations, it has now been confirmed that Jamie Foxx will be playing Electro in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2". Revealing what fans could expect from his character in the upcoming web-slinger film, the "Django Unchained" dishes out some spoilerish tidbits about Electro a.k.a Max Dillon's origin and what makes him a bad guy in the upcoming sequel.

"You'll see that in his whole life, no one is talking to him. People have stolen his ideas at the big company. He's a nobody," Foxx says of Electro's back story to MTV News. "At a certain point, Spider-Man bumps into him and says, 'You're my guy. You're my eyes and ears on the street.' And he says his name - no one has ever said Dillon's name."

Dillon's encounter with Spidey makes him "sort of starts thinking that somehow, he's Spider-Man's partner." Spilling the beans on what triggers Dillon in becoming a baddie, Foxx says that it begins when his own mom forgets his birthday and it leads to a series of "tragic" and "crazy" events that transform the introvert guy into an electrically-enhanced supervillain. "When it turns on, he lights it up," Foxx adds.

Not only does Foxx open up about the plot details, but he also dishes on what his Electro costume will look like in "The Amazing Spider-Man" sequel. Stating that his getup will ditch Electro's classic green-and-yellow outfit, the actor claims, "It won't be like that. Marc Webb and all of those guys, they're smart. They know that it has to make sense in 2013, so the suit is really slick. It's actually black. It's a new age."

"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" is due to open Stateside on May 2, 2014. Foxx will be joined by Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Shailene Woodley, Dane DeHaan and Martin Sheen.
